Boss
YOU ARE A MAGE! Mages are boss hunting machines due to their range and wide area damage ability. However, even if you have your mana shield on, a boss can easily 2-3 hit KO you if you are near it. So keep potting both health and mana if necessary. When fighting a wide range of boss, try avoiding Orc Shaman bosses at all cost: since they can do high damages at a long distance. Also, always retreat and kill everything you see since they might ‘draw a bead on your back’ later on. Other than that, collect the loot and hunt wisely.
Tips/Tricks (all of them have been tested many times and are 99.9% successful)
In this game, mages can do many things, which other characters can’t. I will list them.
1. Melee damage:
At an earlier level, you should get a rare god staff/wand (not Raa) because of its both melee and magic attack. Believe it or not, at an earlier level, your melee attack can actually do 1.2* more damage than your bolts. That does not mean to abuse melee though. Use your melee attack when you feel its necessary.
2. Melee/Spell combo:
This should not be a bug. Basically you can hit a monster melee and spell once at almost the same time. To do this you need a god rare weapon (not Raa) and the monster have to be beside you. Double click on the target while press an attack spell, and you will hit the monster with the spell first and then hit them with your melee attack soon after. This saved my life many times. |
