Why one wants to be a mage? First of all, I choose mage class based on my many years of MMORPG experience (L2,MU,WoW,Maple Story,Runescape, etc.) and I have come to the conclusion that mages on the hardest to train, with incredibly low physical defense, and tedious MP consumption that makes newbies unable afford to purchase MP pots. However, mages kill with incredible speed, accuracy, able to solo bosses and most monsters, and kill multiple mobs with far range and area damage. This has not been proven wrong in Travia global.
Why choose to be a mage in this game? Mages have 3 different elemental attacks (fire, ice, and lighting). All elemental attacks have different status inflicts (percentage of infliction depends on the level of the spell). Fire burns (damage), ice freezes (slow), and lighting stuns (paralyze). This makes the mage class versatile and strategic.
