You can get rings and amulets from Madmage.He is located in Andarsa.There you can buy rings and amulet.
Ring of Cold: you can buy that ring to increase your ice damage of your rare weapon and increase some of your magic resistance and your attack power

Ring of Fire:you can buy that ring to increase your fire damage of your rare weapon and increase some of your magic resistance and your attack power


Ring of Damage:Increase your damage and some resistance too

For amulet and some of the other rings is the same thing as the other things i type above.Hope these things are helpful.
