I want to share with you info about how you can kill DEMOLATOR in ersarm without getting dmg from him

REQUIREMENTS:

-level 30 or higher,
-finished nation quest for deva or britrah,
-archer or mage class


Go to ersarm by Elven Noa or Lost Forest map (there is no teleport to ersarm)
Go to the Demeolator's area



Do some cleaning by killing all mobs around and wait for him to show up (every 30 minutes)



When he apears attack him with one of yours ranged attacks and let him go after you



run on the top of the mountain and attack him, he won't get you cause he can't go up the hill



but beware of dying cause it will respawn you automatically to the safe area
after killing enjoy lvl 70 rare item

This guide is obsolete; they have updated the demolator. The archers he summons when he reaches 50% or so will annihilate any low level wizard or archer that tried this, and aside from that, he can now go up both hills. I dragged one all the way back to camp. Nerow got lucky and killed swarms of them when they couldn't climb the hill. I think that is why he can take them so "easily" now. He had lots of time to practice and level up while fighting them.

A wizard can still kill him a bit more easily than usual. If you learn teleport, you can get him to follow you to the northern corner of the "demolator area," teleport up the cliff, and then fire on him from up there. The archers will still get you when he reaches about 50% or so, and other monsters can get you up there, so it still isn't a sure thing.
If you get a group together, they can protect you while you are on the cliff, but it is still very risky for a low level character.

risky but still possible at lvl 30, sure that the higher lvl you are the higher possibility of killing him... maybe you should try some party (few mages and for instance cler and warrior will be nice) but remember to kill support mobs first

is very difficult for warriors but for mage is easy cause they hit from far away like archer too.
